Clinical review fees

Fees for clinical review are non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your request.

Medication-related charges

If you are not approved, medication-related charges are refunded. Once a prescription is approved and medication is dispensed or shipped, refunds are not available.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If you enroll in auto-refill or auto-renew, recurring charges continue until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial-period refunds may not be available.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
