Terms of Service

These public terms describe the Alivia Healthcare platform, payment policies, and required treatment disclosures. They supplement the consents and checkout disclosures presented during account creation, intake, and purchase.

Service overview

QuickRx LLC (d/b/a Alivia Healthcare) operates the Alivia Healthcare platform. Alivia Healthcare helps patients request care, review public disclosures, communicate with support, and connect with licensed healthcare providers through telehealth services.

Eligibility and account use

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or requesting treatment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

This service is not for medical emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room if you need urgent care.

Medical care and prescriptions

Medical care is provided by licensed healthcare providers employed by Beluga Health Inc.. Alivia Healthcare does not provide medical care directly, and all clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe medication, are made solely by the treating provider.

Prescription approval is not guaranteed. Some treatments may involve compounded medications prepared by Belmar Pharmacy on a patient-specific prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may differ from commercially available drugs in safety, effectiveness, and side-effect profile.

Billing and refunds

Fees for clinical review are non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your request. If you are not approved for treatment, medication-related charges are refunded. Once a prescription is approved and medication is dispensed or shipped, refunds are not available.

If you enroll in auto-refill or recurring billing, charges continue until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial-period refunds may not be available.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform to submit false information, interfere with the service, access another person’s account, or seek treatment for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the platform is being misused.
